We are located at 101, Chowdary Nagar, on 11th Street in Valasaravakkam. It is a bit of a trek to get out here if you are coming from the center of the city, but we like the area. Phoenix Contact (India) Pvt. Ltd. has its office here, and it is mostly a place where we handle industrial components and technical support. The street is usually lined with parked scooters and the occasional delivery truck dropping off supplies. Inside 101, we have a warehouse area and some office space where we track all the orders and shipments. It gets pretty warm in the middle of the day, so we keep the fans going at full speed. We aren't a corporate showroom; our space is full of boxes, cables, and various electrical parts that are ready to be sent out. 11th Street is fairly narrow, so you have to be careful when you are driving down it. We know the other business owners in Chowdary Nagar pretty well, and there is a sense of community here in Valasaravakkam. We don't spend much on marketing or making the office look trendy because we are more concerned with making sure the right parts get to the right people on time. It is a busy, practical environment where we just get on with our tasks every day without any big speeches about our goals or flashy presentations.
