Phk Exports And Imports Private Limited is located right in the middle of Velachery, a part of Chennai that never seems to sleep. We are at D. No.12, also referred to as N.N.13, on Car Street which sits just off Gandhi Salai. It is a very busy neighborhood, with people always rushing around for something or other. Our office handles the daily ins and outs of exporting and importing goods. It is a bit of a squeeze sometimes because the area is so developed now. We spend most of our time on the phone or tracking shipments on our screens. The street can be quite loud with the traffic from Gandhi Salai drifting over. We have been here long enough to see Velachery turn into a major hub. Our space is functional and mostly full of paperwork and samples. It is just a group of us working through the logistics. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the streets a bit messy, but we just carry on with the work. We do not bother with fancy decor or anything like that. It is just a workplace where we manage the movement of goods. You can find us near the main junction if you know where to look. It is a fast-paced environment, but we have found our own rhythm over the years. We stay busy from morning until the sun goes down.
