Petros Architect

Petros Architect is located at No 18/890, 1St Street 13Th Main Road. We are quite close to the Thiirumani Amman Koil in Anna Nagar. It’s a nice part of town and we get a lot of people stopping by after they visit the temple. Our office is a simple space where we keep all our rolls of blueprints and old site photos. We do a bit of everything here, from small home renovations to larger commercial layouts. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons so we keep the windows shut and just focus on the computer screens. Anna Nagar is a busy place but our street is a little bit tucked away. We spend our days measuring things and making sure the lines on the paper match the reality of the ground. It’s not always easy and sometimes we have to redraw things three or four times before they look right. We don't have a fancy lobby or anyone to greet you at the door. You just walk in and we’re usually sitting there at the desks. It’s a very hands-on way of working. We like being involved in every step, even the boring parts like filing paperwork or checking local regulations. It keeps us busy and the days go by pretty fast when there are deadlines to meet.
