Pet Well Clinic

You can find Pet Well Clinic over at No. 7/3 Sivan Koil West Mada Street in Villivakkam. We are right on West Mada Street, which is a very familiar road for anyone living around here. The Sivan Koil temple is nearby, so there is always a bit of a crowd and some activity in the area. Our shop is quite modest. It’s got a narrow entrance, and the sign outside is a little weathered from the rain. Villivakkam is a busy neighborhood, and we get pets from all the surrounding streets. Inside, the clinic is just two main rooms. The front part is where people wait, and the back part is where the doctor looks at the animals. It’s a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us. I try to keep the fans going at full speed because it gets quite stuffy when there are three or four people waiting with their pets. We have a stone floor that stays cool, which is nice for the cats. The desk is cluttered with pens and old ledgers. We don't use many computers here, mostly just writing things down in the books. It’s a very local operation. We know the names of most of the dogs on this block. There’s no polished lobby or fancy coffee machine, just a water dispenser in the corner and a stack of old newspapers.
