Venus Home Applianes Pvt. Ltd. is based over in Perungudi. If you are familiar with this part of Chennai, you know it is a major hub for all kinds of industries and warehouses. Our place is right in the thick of it. It is a busy area with a lot of trucks moving in and out all day long. We deal with all sorts of home appliances, so our space is usually filled with boxes and spare parts. It is not a showroom where everything is shiny and on display. It is more of a practical workspace where we manage the distribution and the service side of things. The staff here are mostly technicians and warehouse workers who know their way around a water heater or a fan. It gets quite loud and dusty sometimes, especially when there are big shipments coming in from the manufacturers. We have a small office area tucked in the front where we handle the customer calls and the daily logistics. Perungudi can be a bit of a commute because of the traffic on the main road, but we are used to it by now. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We would rather have the right tools and enough space to move the inventory around. It is a gritty, hardworking environment and we just focus on getting the appliances where they need to go every day.
