You can find us at the RMZ campus on Dr. Mgr Road, specifically in Units 301 and 302 on the third floor. This is where we handle the side of the Daimler business that deals with trucks and commercial vehicles. It’s a modern office building, so we have elevators and a lot of glass walls, but inside it’s just regular people working at their desks. We spend a lot of time on computers looking at spreadsheets, engineering plans, and emails from the factory. Even though the vehicles we help manage are huge and loud, the work here in the office is mostly about coordination and planning. It’s a big open space and it can get a little chilly with the air conditioning running all day long. We have a lot of meetings where we talk about production schedules and how things are going on the assembly lines in other locations. There is always a lot of coffee being drunk and people walking back and forth between the different cubicles. It’s a professional environment but we try to keep it friendly and relaxed among the team. The view from the third floor is okay, mostly looking out at the other office buildings in the park and the constant traffic on Dr. Mgr Road. It’s a very busy part of the city, so getting in and out of the park during rush hour can take some time. We’re just a group of people trying to keep the truck business moving.
