Nadeem Leatherware Exports is located at 10/23 Covelong Muthu Street. This is in the Periamet area of Chennai. If you know Chennai, you know Periamet is where a lot of the leather business happens. The street is narrow and always has something going on. Our place smells like leather, which you get used to after a day or two. We handle the export side of things, so there are always boxes being packed and labels being printed. It’s a bit of a crowded space because we have samples and stock everywhere. We spend our time talking to suppliers and checking the quality of the hides. The heat in Chennai can be tough, but we keep the fans going. It’s a family-style environment here.
