Perfect Builders

Perfect Builders is tucked away on 185`13 Th East Cross Road in M.K.B. Nagar, Chennai-600039 in Tamil Nadu. We’ve been operating out of this neighborhood for quite some time now. Chennai can get pretty hot and crowded, but this part of the city feels like home to us. Our office is a bit small, filled with blueprints and some dusty boots from the sites we visit. We spend most of our time out on the field, checking on materials and seeing how the walls are coming up. It’s honest work, even if it gets tiring under the sun. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Usually, people hear about us from their neighbors or friends who’ve seen our work around the area. We just try to put one brick on top of another properly. Sometimes deliveries are late or the rain messes with the schedule, but we just deal with it as it comes. It's a local business through and through. The guys here have been working together for years, so we know how to handle things without much talk. We aren't trying to change the world, just building what needs to be built in this part of Tamil Nadu. If you are around M.K.B. Nagar, you’ll probably see us moving around. We just focus on the job at hand and try to stay organized enough to get home on time. It is a simple life and we like it that way.
