Pearlpick Ventures Private Limited is located at No. 43/3 on Medavakkam Tank Road in the Kilpauk area. Kilpauk is a nice place to be, with a lot of old trees and a mix of houses and small businesses. Our office is in a building that has seen better days, but it has a lot of character. We are on the ground floor, so it’s easy for people to stop by. The space inside is divided into a few small sections where we keep our computers and all the usual office supplies. It’s often a bit cluttered because we have a lot going on at once. We have a small table in the corner where we keep the coffee pot and some biscuits for the afternoon. The walls are covered with calendars and some notes we’ve scribbled to ourselves. It’s a very informal atmosphere here. We don’t do big meetings or have strict dress codes. We just focus on the work that needs to be finished by the end of the week. Sometimes the neighbor’s dog barks a bit too much, but we don’t mind. It’s just part of being in this neighborhood. We’ve been here for a while and we know the local shops where we can get a quick lunch or a snack when the day gets too long and tiring for everyone involved. We just keep pushing forward with our daily tasks.
