Our office is tucked away at No. 17 in the Officers Colony over in Porur. It’s a bit quieter back here compared to the main roads of Chennai, which is a big relief when the traffic gets really bad outside. We’ve been operating as Paswi Management Consultants Pvt.Ltd for some time now. It is just a small group of us working out of this space. Most mornings start with a cup of strong tea and a look at the pile of paperwork sitting on the desks. We don’t have any fancy glass walls or a reception desk that looks like a hotel. It’s just desks, chairs, and a lot of files everywhere. Being in Porur means we get to see the neighborhood change over the years. Some days are slow and we just sit around talking about the weather or how the local cricket team is doing. Other days it feels like there aren't enough hours in the day to get everything sorted. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in the city, we just want to do our jobs properly and keep the lights on. It’s a straightforward life here. We know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers. If you ever walk by, you’ll probably see us through the window just typing away or talking on the phone. We don't use any of those complicated business strategies people talk about in magazines. We just use common sense to keep things moving.
