Passion Travels

We are located at No 122 on Mint Street in Sowcarpet, right near Balaji Studio. If you know this part of Chennai, you know it is always crowded and noisy. We started Passion Travels because we knew the area well and saw that people needed help getting around or planning trips out of the city. It is not a very big office, just enough space for us to sit and manage the phones. Most of our day is spent looking at travel dates and checking what vehicles are free. We don't have any fancy brochures or big signs. People usually find us because they live nearby or their friends told them to come here. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with the traffic outside, but we are used to it by now. We handle things like car rentals and local tours without making a big fuss about it. My brother and I take turns at the desk, making sure someone is always there if a customer walks in with a question. We don't use complicated software, just a simple computer and some notebooks. It works for us. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, but we’re still here in the same spot doing the same work. We just take it one booking at a time and try not to get too stressed when things get busy during the festival seasons. It's a simple life here in the heart of Sowcarpet.
