Our group works out of No 6, 52 on K R Road here in Chennai. It is a pretty busy part of the city, so there is always some kind of noise or activity going on right outside our windows. We have been in this same spot for a good while now and the office has sort of grown around us over the years. It definitely isn't a flashy place by any means. We have some old desks that we’ve moved around a dozen times to try and make more room for everyone, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint if we ever actually found the time to do it. Most of us try to arrive early in the morning to avoid the worst of the Chennai traffic, which can be a real headache if you time your commute wrong. Once we get inside, it’s mostly just the steady hum of the ceiling fans and the sound of people clicking away on their keyboards. We don't have a receptionist or a big fancy sign out front to greet people. If you happen to come by, you’ll probably just see one of us leaning over a monitor or sorting through a big stack of papers that need to be filed away. We really like the local tea shop just down the road; their ginger tea is usually what keeps us going on those long Wednesday afternoons when things get slow. We don't spend any time thinking about big goals. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to get them done.
