Sethi Trading Co.

We are located over at number 49 on Venkatachala Mudali Street. It’s one of those narrow streets where you have to be careful how you park your scooter. Sethi Trading Co. has been operating out of this small space for a good while. Most of the neighbors know us by now. We don't have any big signs or bright lights, just the name on the door. The street gets really busy around midday when the deliveries start coming in. We spend a lot of time just moving boxes around and checking our inventory. It’s dusty work sometimes, but that’s just how it goes in this part of town. Sometimes it gets quite hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going full blast. We mostly deal with local traders and people who have been coming to this street for years. It’s a very traditional way of doing business, mostly face to face or over a quick cup of tea. We don't really do much online stuff because we prefer seeing who we are dealing with. My desk is usually covered in papers and receipts that I need to file away. It might look a bit messy to an outsider, but I know exactly where everything is. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure things run okay. Every day is pretty much the same routine, but we like it that way. It keeps us busy.
