Being located on Devaraja Mudali Street means we are right in the thick of things near the Flower Bazaar Police Station. Park Town is always moving, and so are we. At Rolex Brass Hardware Sanitary, we deal with a lot of heavy metal. Brass handles, taps, pipes, and all those small bits and pieces that people need for their bathrooms or doors. The shop is full of that specific metallic smell you only get in hardware stores. We’ve got shelves reaching all the way to the ceiling, and sometimes we have to climb up a shaky ladder to find a specific valve someone asked for. It isn't a quiet life. There is always the sound of carts being pushed outside and people shouting for space in the street. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just know our inventory. If you need a specific fitting, we probably have it hidden in a box somewhere in the back. We spend a lot of time cleaning the brass so it doesn't tarnish while it sits there. Most of our customers are locals or builders who have been coming to this part of the city for decades. We just give them a fair price and the right part. We don't try to sell them things they don't need. It’s just about getting the job done and keeping the shop running in this busy neighborhood.
