Bharat Hardwares

We are located right on Venkatachala Mudali Street, not too far from the Kandhaswamy Koil. If you know Park Town, you know how these streets can get during the busy hours of the day. Our shop, Bharat Hardwares, is just a regular place where we keep all sorts of metal bits, tools, and things people need for their building work or home repairs. It is number 21 on the street. Usually, someone is around to help find a specific bolt or a hinge that fits right. We spend most of our time organizing the shelves because things tend to get dusty or mixed up when it gets crowded. The building is near the Thanaswami Goil too, so there is always some movement outside. It is not a very big space, but we try to keep what is necessary in stock. Sometimes the traffic makes it hard for deliveries to reach us on time, but that is just part of being in this part of town. We don’t have fancy displays or anything like that. It is just a straightforward hardware store where the locals come when they need something sturdy. Most of our days are spent talking to contractors or neighbors who are fixing up their houses. We just do our work and make sure people get the right items for their projects without making a big fuss about it. It stays pretty loud outside with the temple nearby and the shoppers walking past.
