Paradigm Quant Research Private Limited

We run Paradigm Quant Research Private Limited from Plot No 38 in the AGS Colony of Kottivakkam. The office is on 2nd Cross Road. The building has an old number, 2/203, and a new one, 2/204, which can be confusing for delivery drivers and visitors. We do quantitative research here. That basically means we spend all day looking at numbers and data on our screens. It’s a quiet office because everyone is usually deep in thought or writing code. We don't have many visitors, as most of our work is done digitally. The area is quite nice, being near the coast. You can sometimes feel a bit of a breeze if the window is open. We have a lot of books on math and finance scattered around the place. The desks are usually covered in notes and empty mugs. It’s not the kind of place where people wear suits. We prefer comfortable clothes since we sit for long hours. We started this because we liked the challenge of finding patterns in messy data. It’s not always exciting, but it’s satisfying when things click into place. Sometimes we hit a wall and have to walk around the block to clear our heads. We don’t have a big corporate structure. If something needs to be decided, we just talk it over. It’s a simple way to run things. We focus on the math and let everything else take care of itself. We just do our work and keep things moving.
