P&C Construction Pvt., Ltd has its base at No.27 Lourdhusamy Street in Ayyappa Nagar, Trichy. Our office is over at the T.R. Venkataraman location, and it’s where we handle all the admin work for our construction jobs. Trichy is a place where there is always something being built, and we’ve been part of that for quite a while now. We spend most of our time out on the sites, dealing with dust, noise, and the heat of Tamil Nadu. It’s physical work and it requires a lot of patience, especially when we’re waiting for materials to arrive at the site. Our team is made up of local people who know how things work in this part of the state. We don't really go for big corporate speeches or anything like that; we just focus on the actual building part. Whether it’s a small renovation or a bigger structure, we treat it the same way. The office in Ayyappa Nagar is where we store our records and have our meetings to discuss the next project. Sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned, maybe a shipment is late or the weather turns bad, but we just adjust and keep going. It's about getting the job finished and making sure it's done right for whoever hired us. We’ve been on Lourdhusamy Street for a good stretch of time and most people in the neighborhood know us by now. It's steady work and we're glad to be part of the town.
