If you find your way to New No. 18 on AC Block, 5th Avenue Road in Anna Nagar, you’ll find us. Panacea The Clinic For Women is a dedicated space we set up because we felt the ladies in the area needed a place of their own. Anna Nagar is a nice part of town, and our street is usually lined with trees, which makes it feel a bit more private. The clinic isn't huge. We have a comfortable waiting room with some chairs that are actually soft, and we try to keep the noise down. We handle everything from pregnancy checkups to general health issues that women deal with. It’s a lot of talking and listening. We find that our patients appreciate not having to go to a giant hospital where they feel like just another number. Here, we know who is coming in for their second child and who is just here for a yearly check. The staff is mostly women, which helps everyone feel a bit more relaxed. We don't have a big corporate board or any fancy mission statements hanging on the walls. We just have our desks, our exam rooms, and we focus on being here when we’re needed. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and we fall a bit behind schedule, but we always make sure to see everyone. It’s a local clinic for local people, and that’s plenty for us to do.
