Arabic Translation Centre

You can find Arabic Translation Centre over at No. 3/418, on the first floor of the Mano Foundations Building. It is right on ECR in Palavakkam. Being on the East Coast Road means we see a lot of cars going by all day. The office is pretty simple. We have a few desks, some dictionaries, and a lot of paper everywhere. We do Arabic translation work. It is mostly documents and stuff that people need for travel or business. My uncle started this place a while back, and I have been helping out for a few years now. The salt air from the beach nearby sometimes makes the windows a bit hazy. We try to keep things organized, but when we get a big pile of documents, the filing system kind of falls apart for a few days. We drink a lot of water because it gets hot in the afternoons. Sometimes people just walk in without an appointment, and we try to help them out if we aren't too buried in work. It is not a big corporate setup. It feels more like a home office that grew too large. We have a small balcony where we take breaks. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep. If you are coming from the city, we are on the left side. It is a quiet enough spot once you are inside and the door is shut against the road noise.
