Sai Cards

You can find Sai Cards on the first floor over at number 128 on Yadhval Street in Padi. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but we’ve been here for a while now. The shop is filled with all sorts of paper samples and ink smells. It’s what we do. People come to us when they have an event or something coming up and need something printed out. We don’t have a big fancy showroom. It’s more of a working space where the machines are usually running. Sometimes it gets a little loud with the printing going on, but that’s the sound of work getting done. We handle the design and the printing ourselves, mostly. It’s just a few of us here. We try to get the orders done on time, though sometimes when a machine acts up, we have to work a bit harder to stay on schedule. Padi is a busy neighborhood, and Yadhval Street has its own rhythm. We’ve seen plenty of families come through our doors over the years. It’s nice to be part of their big moments, even if we’re just the ones making the cards. We don’t use any high-tech marketing. We just focus on the job at hand and hope people like what they get. It’s a simple business, really. Just ink and paper and a lot of patience. That’s how we've always managed to keep the lights on here.
