Lords Plastics Industries

Out in Padi, specifically on Kamarajar Street at No. 24/140, is where you will find Lords Plastics Industries. This part of Tmp Nagar is quite industrial, so there is always a bit of a hum from the machines and the sound of lorries passing by outside. We deal with plastic products all day long, which involves a lot of repetitive tasks and keeping an eye on the production lines. The air inside can get a bit warm because of the machinery, but we have some fans going to keep it manageable. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear a suit to work. Everyone here is usually in work clothes, getting their hands a bit dirty or dusty from the raw materials we use. We’ve got stacks of crates and bags of plastic pellets sitting in the corners, waiting to be turned into something useful. Kamarajar Street can get quite congested during the peak hours, so we have to plan our loading and unloading carefully. It’s a straightforward operation. We focus on the daily output and making sure the machines are running like they should. If something breaks, we fix it ourselves right there on the factory floor. There aren't many meetings or long discussions; we just look at what needs to be made for the day and we get to it. It’s a regular, hardworking environment where we try to stay on top of the schedule without much trouble.
