P. Subbaraj & Co.

P. Subbaraj & Co. is located at New No. 9 in the Sylvan Lodge Colony, which is over in the Klipauk area. It’s a quiet residential street, or at least it used to be before things got busier around here. The building used to be Old No. 5, so sometimes people get a bit confused when they’re trying to find us for the first time. We’ve been operating out of this spot on 1st Street for quite some time now. Our office isn’t anything fancy. It’s a converted space that feels a bit more like a home than a corporate building. We deal with various business matters, and there’s usually a pile of folders on every desk. We don’t have a big sign out front or anything that screams for attention. Most people who come here have been doing business with us for years, or they were sent by someone we know. It’s a very local way of doing things. The neighborhood is nice, with plenty of trees, though parking on the street can be a bit tight. We aren't into big marketing campaigns or trying to sound more important than we are. We just handle the work as it comes in and try to keep our clients satisfied with how we manage their accounts or orders. It’s a steady, calm place to work compared to the main roads of Chennai. We like it here in Klipauk and we plan on staying for a long time.
