You’ll find us at 11/1 on Mahalinga Chetty Street in Mahalingapuram. It’s a bit of a quiet area compared to the main roads, which we actually quite like. P & N Business Ventures has been operating out of this spot for some time. We’ve got a small team here. Most of the day is spent on the computer or talking to people on the phone about various business projects. The street outside has some nice trees, and there is a small shop nearby where we usually grab tea in the afternoon. It’s a basic setup inside the office. We have some desks, a few filing cabinets that are starting to overflow, and a printer that acts up whenever we are in a hurry. Being in Mahalingapuram feels right for us. It’s central enough but stays out of the worst of the city noise. We don’t go in for anything flashy. We just focus on the ventures we have going on and try to keep everything balanced. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we end up just chatting while waiting for pages to load. We have a routine that works. Someone brings in snacks, we handle the emails, and we make sure the bills are paid. It’s not a complicated life here at number 11/1. Just real people trying to get through the to-do list before the sun goes down.
