Otf Services India Private Limited is based out of Mgr Nagar in the Ayapakkam area. Our address is No.3 on Koladi Road, which is a bit of a distance from the main city center. Because of the location, it is actually quite quiet compared to the noisier parts of Chennai. We have a modest office space that we have been using for a few years now. The commute can be a bit long for some of us, especially when the rains start and the roads get messy, but we manage. Inside the office, things are kept very basic. We have a couple of rows of desks and some storage units for the paperwork. There is no big reception desk or shiny lobby here. We just have a small area where visitors can sit for a minute. Usually, you will find us busy at the screens or talking over the phone about service schedules. The building is a standard concrete structure, and we share it with a few other local businesses. We often get our lunch from the tiffin carriers or walk down to the corner shop for a quick snack. It is an honest environment where people just show up and do what they are supposed to do. We don't have a lot of rules about where people sit, and the atmosphere is generally relaxed as long as the daily logs are updated.
