Komos Automotive is based at B-10/1 in the SIPCOT Industrial Development Center over in Oragadam. If you’ve been to Oragadam, you know it’s full of big manufacturing plants. Ours is one of those places where we make parts for the automotive sector. It’s a fairly large site, and there’s always a lot of activity with loaders and trucks moving stuff around the yard. The interior of the plant is pretty functional—high ceilings, industrial lights, and plenty of workstations. It’s a place for production, not for hosting guests in fancy rooms. We have a lot of people working here, mostly from the surrounding villages and towns. It’s a busy environment and can get quite noisy during the peak hours of the day. We don't really do anything besides manufacturing. There are no sales pitches or polished brochures lying around. We just get the orders from the car makers and we make the parts. Sometimes things get behind schedule and we have to work extra, but that’s the nature of the factory life here. It’s a solid, hardworking place in the middle of a very busy industrial hub. We have a small canteen where we all eat lunch together, and that's about the only break we get from the noise. It’s a tough job sometimes, especially with the heat in the summer, but we’ve got a good group of people here who just get on with it. We don't talk much about missions, we just focus on the output.
