We are based at No.333 in Panneer Nagar, over in Mogappair West. It’s a busy part of Chennai and there’s always something happening right outside our door. Opluent Business Solutions is basically just us in a small office space trying to keep everything running smoothly. We have a lot of desks crammed into a fairly small area, so it gets a bit tight when everyone is in at the same time. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. You just walk in and we are right there. Most of our work is about solving business problems for our clients, which means a lot of time spent on the phone or typing away. We have a small area where we keep the kettle and some biscuits for when we need a break. The walls are painted a light color that’s starting to peel a bit in the corners, but it doesn't bother us. We focus on the work instead. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes it hard to hear, but we just turn up the fans and keep going. We are a small group of people who have worked together for a long time. There isn't any corporate hierarchy here; we all just pitch in where we are needed. It’s a practical way to run things and it seems to work for us. We've become quite a close-knit group over the last couple of years in this building.
