On Vocation From Dubai

I’m currently staying at 44 Abdul Aziz Street in T. Nagar, Chennai. I came back from Dubai for a bit of a vacation, or vocation as some might call it when they’re just taking a long break from the work life over there. T. Nagar is always crowded, especially with the shops and the people walking everywhere near the station. It’s a big change from the malls in Dubai, but it’s got a lot of life. My address is right in the thick of it. I’m just spending my time catching up with people and eating the local food that I can't get back in the UAE. Chennai is hot and humid, but the breeze in the evening is nice if you're in the right spot. I’m not doing much business-wise, just staying here and seeing family. It’s a good place to be if you want to feel like you’re in the middle of everything. I walk down the street, maybe buy some things from the local vendors, and just enjoy not having a strict schedule for once. The house is an old one, or at least it feels that way compared to the new buildings. I’m just taking it easy until I have to head back. It’s funny how you miss the noise of Chennai when you’re away, but then you get here and it’s a bit overwhelming after a few days. Still, it’s good to be back on Abdul Aziz Street for a while.
