Om Sakthi Interiors Designs and Construction

We are Om Sakthi Interiors Designs and Construction, located at 65 Kandaswamy Koil Street in Kosapet, Chennai. Some people still know the building as Old Number 25. We are right in the heart of the Kosapet area, near the Kandaswamy Kovil. The temple is a very important part of the neighborhood, and we see people going there every day. Our work involves both interior design and construction, so we are often out at sites getting our hands dirty. When we are at the office, it’s usually to draw up plans or talk to clients who live nearby in Ch-12. The street is quite narrow and can get very busy during festival times. Our shop is a bit of an old-school place, not like those modern offices in the IT parks. We have been here for a long time and we know almost everyone on the street. We do everything from small renovations to bigger building projects. It’s a family-run feel here, with no fancy titles or corporate rules. We just get the job done and try to make sure things are built right. The salt air in Chennai can be tough on buildings, so we spend a lot of time thinking about materials. We usually start our day early before the sun gets too hot. It’s a busy life, but we like being part of the Kosapet community. Most evenings we just wrap up and go home.
