Our small office is at 16C in the Self help Industrial estate in Keelkatalai. It’s a local spot where a lot of small businesses operate together. We’ve been here for a while now. The estate is a bit older, but it works for what we need. We handle all our electrical business from this single location. It’s usually just a few of us here at any given time. We keep things pretty simple. There’s a desk for the phone and paperwork, and some space for our tools and parts. We aren't a big corporate entity with a polished image. We’re just local folks doing our jobs. Keelkatalai is a nice enough area, though it can get quite busy in the afternoons with the school traffic nearby. We’ve gotten to know the other shop owners around the estate over the years. It’s a friendly kind of place. We start early most days to beat the heat and the humidity. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles in the office. We just focus on the technical stuff and making sure our customers are taken care of properly. It’s a humble setup, but it’s ours. We take a lot of pride in just showing up and doing the work without any fuss or complicated processes. It’s been our home for years, and we plan to stay right here at 16C. The landlord is decent and the neighbors are quiet enough for us.
