Off Centered Architecture & Interior

You can find us at No 8/6 on Church Lane, right off Ritherton Road in Vepery. Off Centered Architecture & Interior is the name on the door. It’s an older part of the city and we really like the character of this neighborhood. The office itself is a bit of a mix of everything. We do both architecture and interior work, so there are usually samples of tiles or wood lying around next to blueprints and laptops. It can get a bit messy when we are in the middle of a big project but that's how we work best. We aren't the type to have a sterile, perfect office. We want people to feel okay walking in and just chatting about their homes or shops without feeling intimidated. Vepery is a busy place, and Church Lane has its own quiet moments during the afternoon. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us by name. We don't spend money on big ads or marketing campaigns. We just do the work and hope people like the results enough to tell someone else. Sometimes we are out on site most of the day, so the office stays quiet for a while. Other times everyone is in and it's quite loud with people debating where a wall should go or what color looks right in the light. It’s a real job with real people. We try to keep things straightforward. If a design doesn't work, we say so. No point in making things complicated for no reason.
