Our office is located at 1 New Tank Street, just off the Valluvar Kottam High Road in Nungambakkam. If you know Chennai, you know this is a pretty central spot. It’s usually bustling with traffic and people going about their business. Star Health Allied Insurance Company Ltd. has been operating out of this area for a while. It’s a large building, and there are always people coming in with questions about their policies or filing claims. It’s a busy environment with a lot of paperwork moving across desks. We have rows of computers and people on headsets for most of the day. The hum of the air conditioning is a constant sound here, which is necessary given the Chennai heat. Sometimes the lobby gets a bit crowded, and people have to wait their turn. We try to keep things moving as best as we can.
