If you know the Sterling Road signal in Nungambakkam, then you've probably passed by our building many times without even noticing it. We are located in Elite Empire, specifically at No. 317 T-8. It's a busy part of Chennai, and the noise from the traffic outside is pretty much the soundtrack to our day. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we handle the various tasks of Macro Enterprises. We’ve been at this location for a while now. The elevator can be a bit slow in the mornings when everyone is trying to get to their floor at the same time, so most of us just take the stairs if we aren't carrying anything heavy. We handle things as they come. There's no script for how we talk to people or how we run the day-to-day operations. It's mostly about making sure things are organized and that we aren't falling behind on our commitments. Sometimes the heat in the summer makes the walk from the bus stop feel twice as long, but that's just part of working in this city. We don't have a marketing team writing stuff for us or a fancy receptionist at the front. This is just how it is. We work, we drink some tea, and we make sure the bills are paid and the clients are taken care of. It's a straightforward way to run a business. We focus on the practical side of things and don't worry about being too polished or sounding corporate.
