Nperc Ventures Private Limited

We are based in Medavakkam at Vetri Vilas, occupying Flat A/F2 across plots 31 and 32. It’s located in Vgpavenue Pt-2, specifically on the 9th Main Road in Veerabatra Nagar. The building is one of those typical Chennai apartment blocks where everyone knows their neighbors. Our space isn't huge, but it fits our team just fine. We have set up our workstations in the main living area of the flat. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when everyone is in at the same time, but it makes communication easy since we can just shout across the room. The walk up the stairs is part of our daily exercise. Medavakkam has grown a lot lately, so the 9th Main Road can get pretty crowded during the rush hours. We usually hear the motorbikes and cars passing by all day long. We don't have a big sign outside or anything flashy. Nperc Ventures Private Limited is just written on a small plate by the door. Inside, there are piles of files and a few half-empty water bottles on the desks. We stay pretty busy with the daily grind. It is an honest way to spend the day, working out of a residential spot where things feel a bit more personal. We don't do things the corporate way because we aren't a corporate giant. We are just a group of people working together in a flat, trying to get through our tasks.
