Working up on the 10th floor here at Prestige Centre Court has its ups and downs. Being inside the Vijaya Fortune Mall complex means there is always a lot of noise downstairs, but it is quieter up here at Novateur Electrical & Digital System Pvt. Ltd. We deal with electrical and digital systems every single day. Most of our time is spent looking at diagrams or talking to engineers about how to set things up properly. The lift takes forever during lunch hours because of all the mall traffic on NSK Salai. Vadapalani is a very busy area to be in, especially with the mall right there. We have a lot of computers and some sample parts lying around the desks. It is not one of those super neat offices you see in magazines. There are cables everywhere and stacks of manuals that nobody ever reads fully. The view from the window is mostly other buildings and the metro line. We have been at this for a bit, trying to keep up with how fast tech changes. Sometimes we have meetings that go on too long, mostly about technical specs. Our team is a mix of older guys who know the old systems and younger ones who are better with the digital stuff. It is a decent place to work, even if the air conditioning is sometimes too cold. We just focus on getting the systems right so they do not fail later on. It is just a lot of technical stuff every day.
