Our office is on the 2nd floor of Kumbhat Complex, which is 699/700 on PH Road in Aminjikarai. It’s a very busy part of Chennai, right near Billroth Hospital and just across from the Hyundai showroom. If you’ve ever driven down Poonamallee High Road, you know how noisy it can get. But once you come up to the second floor, things quiet down a bit. NOS Architects & Interiors is a small outfit. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or a big lobby. We just have our workstations and a big table for meetings. There are always rolls of architectural drawings leaning against the walls. We spend a lot of time talking about structures and interior layouts. It’s not always pretty—there’s a lot of erasing and starting over. Being near the hospital and the showroom means there is always a lot of movement outside. We’ve been here for a while and we’ve seen the traffic get worse and the buildings get taller. We just keep doing our thing. We don't use marketing talk or try to sound like a massive corporation. We’re just a team that knows how to put a building together. It’s practical, everyday work. We handle the drawings, the measurements, and the planning right here in our Aminjikarai office. It’s a busy spot, but it suits us just fine.
