Finding us can be a little confusing because of the house numbers. The old number is 3 but the new one is 5, right here on the ground floor of the Sucons Padmalaya building. We are on Venkatanarayana Road, basically right across from the T Nagar Club. If you know where the club is, you can’t miss us. T Nagar is always crowded, especially on weekends when everyone is out shopping. The shop isn't huge, but we have enough space for the counters and the chairs for people to sit while they wait. It’s usually me or one of the other guys behind the desk. We see a lot of people coming in with phones that have stopped working or looking for something new. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for anyone to just walk in off the street. The address has changed names over the years, which is why we keep both numbers on the board. Venkatanarayana Road gets quite busy in the evenings. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a good stretch now. We open up in the morning and stay until late. It is a simple place, nothing too modern in terms of decor, just the usual shelves and lighting. We try to keep things organized so we can find parts and accessories quickly. Mostly it is just steady work throughout the day here in T Nagar.
