Nirmalan Kidney Care Clinic

We spend most of our time here at the clinic on 1st Main Road, right near that busy 100Ft Road in Velachery. It gets really loud outside with the traffic, but inside we just try to keep things moving. Dealing with kidney issues isn't easy for anyone who walks through the door, so we mostly focus on getting the tests done and talking to people about their results. The clinic has been in this spot for a while now. Some days it feels like the waiting room is always full, and other days it is a bit quieter, which gives us a chance to catch up on paperwork or clean the equipment. We have a small team here. We know the local shopkeepers around Velachery and sometimes grab tea from the stall nearby when there is a break. It is just a regular place where we do our jobs. People come in from all over the neighborhood, some walking and some stuck in that 100Ft Road traffic for an hour. We don’t have fancy decorations or anything. It is just a medical space with chairs, some desks, and the machines we need for the patients. We try to keep the floors clean despite all the dust from the road. Most of the people who come here are regulars who we’ve seen for months. We just stay busy with the charts and making sure everyone gets their turn without waiting too long in the heat. It is a lot of work but it's what we do here.
