Our office is in the A" Block, Ii Floor, 56, Thirumalai Pillai Road, T.Nagar, which puts us right in the heart of one of the busiest parts of Chennai. Being in T.Nagar means we are right in the middle of everything, which is great but also means finding parking is a challenge for anyone visiting. Nippon Paint India Limited has been using this space for a while now to manage our local operations. It’s a typical office setup, but since we deal with paint, there’s always a lot of talk about colors and finishes going on. We have people coming in and out, checking on orders or looking at samples. The building itself is an older one, but it’s sturdy and keeps the heat out mostly. We don't have a big storefront here since it’s more of an administrative and coordination spot. You’ll see plenty of files and maybe a few paint cans sitting around that someone was testing. The staff here is a mix of people who have been with the company forever and some newer faces. We usually eat lunch together and complain about the traffic on Thirumalai Pillai Road. It’s a busy atmosphere, but we try to keep it friendly. We don't really go for the high-pressure corporate vibe. We just want to make sure the paint gets to where it needs to go and the people who use it are happy. We just do our best.
