You’ll find Nigamathulla & Co at number 2, Old Mahabalipuram Road, right in Rajiv Gandhi Nagar. We are tucked away in Sholinganallur, which has become a very busy part of the city lately. Despite all the big tech buildings and malls popping up around us, our place stays pretty much the same. We’ve been on OMR since before it was as famous as it is now. Our shop is simple and we don’t put on any airs. We mostly deal with the day-to-day needs of our customers who come in off the main road. It can be quite noisy with all the traffic rushing past, but once you step inside, it’s just us doing our work. We aren't trying to be a massive corporation; we’re just a local business that’s stayed put while the city grew around it. Most of our regulars are people who live in Rajiv Gandhi Nagar or work in the nearby offices. We spend our time checking stock, writing out bills, and having a quick tea when there’s a lull in the day. It’s a practical way to earn a living. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing plan. People just know where we are, and they know we’ll be here from morning until evening, six days a week, just like always. It's a steady life and we enjoy the people we meet.
