Nicholas Piramal India Ltd

We are located out on the Ennore Express High Way in the Ennore area. It’s a bit of a drive from the city center, but it’s where all the action is for a company like Nicholas Piramal India Ltd. Being near the highway means there are always big trucks passing by and a lot of dust in the air. We are also quite close to the coast, so you can sometimes smell the salt from the sea when the wind blows the right way. Our facility is pretty large, but inside it’s just a lot of people working hard. It’s an industrial vibe, nothing like those polished offices you see in the city. We have a lot of machinery and storage areas, and the noise of the plant is always in the background. Most of us here have been working on the highway for a long time, so we’re used to the heat and the distance. We don't have any fancy cafeterias; we just have a simple canteen where we eat our meals. The work is steady and it keeps us busy from dawn till dusk. We don't spend time on fancy talk or marketing slogans. We just focus on production and making sure the shipments go out on time. It’s a tough environment sometimes, but it’s honest work and we take it one day at a time without complaining much.
