Our office for Newry Properties Pvt.Ltd. is at No.9, F3, Selvi Flats on 5th Cross Street. We are in the LIC Colony area of Pammal. It is a bit tucked away, so you have to look closely for the street signs. Pammal is a decent place to work, though it can get a bit dusty with all the construction going on nearby. We have a small flat that we use as our main workspace. It is not very big, but it fits our desks and the few files we need to keep handy. We spend most of our time chatting with people who are looking for a place or checking on the progress of different things. There is no lobby or security guard at the door; you just walk up and knock. We usually have the window open to let in some air, even if it brings in the noise from the street. It is a very simple setup. We don’t use any complicated software or big corporate systems. Most of our notes are hand-written or kept in simple folders. We like being in a residential colony because it feels more like being part of the community. People often stop by just to ask a quick question. We don't mind.
