Our base of operations is out in Ayyapakkam, right in the TNHB area at number 1470. If you’ve been to this part of Chennai, you know it’s filled with these housing blocks. It’s a very residential, down-to-earth neighborhood. We aren't in a high-rise office building or a gated business park. We’re right here among the houses and the local shops. Being a security service, we have a lot of people coming and going at different hours. There’s usually someone at the desk checking schedules or talking on the phone with staff out in the field. The office is pretty basic—just some metal cupboards for files, a couple of desks, and a lot of registers. We’ve been here for a bit, and we know the neighbors pretty well. It’s the kind of place where you recognize the person selling vegetables on the corner every morning. The office can get a bit crowded when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. Most people find us because they live nearby or they’ve seen our name around. It’s a simple, honest setup. We focus on the daily logistics of our work and making sure everyone is where they need to be. It’s a lot of coordination and paperwork, but it’s what we do from our little spot in Ayyapakkam. It gets a bit noisy during the day, but we're used to it.
