New Way Industries

Our place is out at Plot No. Dp-73 in the Sidco Industrial Estate. If you’re heading through Thirumazhisai, you can’t miss the area. New Way Industries is the name on the gate. It’s a standard industrial shed, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Inside, we have our machines set up. It’s loud when everything is running at once. We’ve been here for quite some time. The estate is full of other businesses, so there’s always noise and movement. We keep to ourselves mostly. We make things. Some days the materials arrive late and we have to scramble to catch up. Other days are smoother. The heat in Thirumazhisai can be tough in the summer, especially inside the shop. We have some big fans that help a bit. Most of the guys have been working here for years. We know the machines by their sounds. If something sounds off, we stop and fix it. It's practical work. We don't spend much time in an office; we're usually out on the floor. It gets greasy and dusty, but that’s part of the deal. We take pride in just getting the job done. It’s New Way Industries, but we’ve been doing things the same way for a long time because it works. The coffee we make here is pretty bad but it keeps us awake. We use an old kettle that whistles when it's ready.
