New Trade Links

New Trade Links is situated at 14, Kasi Chetty Street on the first floor. If you have ever been to Sowcarpet, you know how busy and crowded it gets every single day. The streets are always packed with people, handcarts, and all kinds of goods being moved around. Our shop is right in the middle of all that chaos. we walk up the stairs to the first floor every morning to get things started. It is an old building and it gets quite cramped, but that is just the way it is in this part of the city. We do a lot of trading and connecting people with products. There is always stuff piled up in the corners, but we have our own way of finding what we need. The old ceiling fans hum all day long to try and keep us cool. It is never a quiet place because you can always hear the shouting and the horns from the street below. We have been here long enough that we know all the local tea sellers and the other shop owners on the street. We do not bother with a website or anything high-tech; we just work with the people who come through the door. It is a very traditional way of doing business. We write everything down in our ledgers and count our stock by hand. Sometimes it gets a bit stressful, but we manage to keep things moving.
