Neltar Biotech Ltd

Our office is tucked away on 2nd Main Road in Karpagam Avenue. It’s a relatively quiet part of Raja Anna Malai Puram, which is nice for the kind of work we do at Neltar Biotech Ltd. We have a small lab setup and some desk space where we handle all the technical details. It’s not a massive operation, but we stay busy with the various projects we have going on. Most of our days are spent looking at samples or updating our records on the computer. You’ll often find someone hunched over a microscope or sitting quietly with a notebook. The atmosphere is generally calm, though it can get a bit stressed when we’re waiting for results to come back. We have a few shelves filled with glass jars and specialized equipment that we’ve gathered over the years. It’s a bit of a walk from the main bus stops, so most of us come in on scooters. We usually eat our lunch together in the small break area at the back. We aren't the type to have big meetings; we just talk across the desks when something needs to be sorted. It’s a simple way of working, focusing on the science and the data without much fuss. We just like to get our work done properly and go home at a decent hour.
