Neaarchi Consulting Llp is located down on Rajiv Gandhi Salai, which most people just call OMR. We are specifically in the Akshaya Adora building, unit A4, 101, in Padur. Being out on OMR means there’s always a lot of activity nearby, but our office stays pretty focused. We are a small consulting group. We don't have those big glass offices with views of the city. Our space is more about utility. We have desks, chairs, and a small area for making tea. Most of us have been in this industry for quite a while, so we’ve seen how things change. We don't bother with fancy slogans or big promises. We just look at the work that needs doing and get it done. It’s a lot of data and talking to people about their business needs. Sometimes the traffic on OMR makes it a bit of a trek to get here, but once you’re inside, it’s a calm place to work. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. We’re just a few people who like solving puzzles and helping businesses run a bit smoother. The office is a bit plain, but it suits us. We don't feel the need to show off. We just show up every day and put in the hours. There's always a stack of notebooks on the side table because we still like writing things down by hand for our own reference.
