Navin Builders

Navin Builders is based at Annai Ladies Hostel No: 25 on Corporation Colony Main Road in Rangarajapuram, Kodambakkam. It might seem like an unusual spot, being near the hostel, but it's where we set up our office in Chennai-24. We are local builders who focus on getting things done without too much fuss. Most of our days are spent at construction sites or talking to suppliers about cement and bricks. When we are back at the office, it’s mostly to settle the accounts or talk to people about their house plans. We’ve been part of the Kodambakkam community for a while now. It’s a busy neighborhood with lots of narrow streets and constant activity. The office is a simple place, nothing fancy. We have some chairs for visitors and a few desks for the staff. We don’t spend much on big signs or bright lights. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they see our name on a building site nearby. Working in Chennai means dealing with the heat and the rain, but we just keep at it. We like the practical side of building. It’s honest work, seeing a structure go up from the ground. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just build. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, and other times it’s quiet while everyone is out on-site. We just keep our heads down and work through the heat.
