We are tucked away at No.7, Mylai Ranganathan Street in T. Nagar. It's a busy part of town but our street is a bit more manageable than the main roads. Natwest Estates Pvt Ltd. has been around the neighborhood for quite some time now. We focus on property and land. It’s a lot of paperwork and talking on the phone. Most of our day is spent looking at maps or going out to see different plots. T. Nagar is always changing, so there is always something new happening nearby. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us in the office making sure things are handled correctly. Real estate can be a bit of a headache with all the rules, but we try to keep it straight. We aren't interested in being the biggest company out there. We just want to do right by the people who come through our door. Sometimes the office gets a bit hectic when several things are happening at once. We usually have files stacked on the side tables. It’s a practical workspace for practical people. If you walk down Mylai Ranganathan Street, you’ll see our door. We’ve had the same neighbors for years. It feels like home here. We deal with estates every day, but at the end of the shift, we're just glad to have done a solid day's work.
