National Poly Plast India Ltd. is located at C-12 in the Sipcot Industrial Park. Irugattukottai is quite a distance from the main city, but it’s where all the action is for businesses like ours. The park is huge, and sometimes people get lost trying to find us. Once you get to C-12, though, it’s hard to miss the activity. We have a lot of space here, which is necessary for the machines and the raw materials we keep on hand. It’s often loud inside, so we have to talk a bit louder than usual. The office is tucked away in a corner to keep the noise out a little bit. We’ve been here for a while, and the routine is pretty much set. Morning starts with checking the machines and making sure everyone knows their tasks for the shift. We don't have many visitors, but when we do, they usually just come straight to the shop floor. It’s a no-nonsense kind of environment. We focus on the production and keeping things moving. The air can get a bit warm in the summer, but that’s just part of working in an industrial park. We don't bother with fancy brochures or anything like that. People just know where to find us. It’s a busy life, and there’s always something that needs attention, whether it’s a machine part or a shipping label. We just get on with it.
