We are located over on New Street in Podatturpet. It’s a different pace out here compared to the middle of Chennai. Our office is in the I Zone at number 15. It’s a simple building on a street that gets fairly busy during the day with local foot traffic and people going about their business. We focus on business solutions, which mostly means we help people with the boring administrative stuff they don’t want to do themselves. There isn't anything glamorous about it. We have a few computers, some sturdy chairs, and a lot of binders. The light comes in through the front window in the morning, which is nice until it gets too hot. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who have lived around here for a while. We know the neighbors and the guy who sells tea at the corner. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when there’s a festival or a crowd on the street, but we’re used to it. We don't use big words to describe what we do. If someone needs help with their business paperwork, they come see us. We try to be honest about how long things will take. There are no fancy slogans on our walls, just a calendar and maybe a few notes taped to the monitors. It’s a quiet, practical way to earn a living in a town we know well.
